At PACT, we want to be the best at what we do and so far, we've been pretty successful. Below is a list of projects for which PACT has been recognised.
Containing the offices of Dale Alcock Homes and Dale Alcock Home Improvements, PACT designed and built this one-stop-shop. 2008 MBA Bank West Excellence in Construction Awards Division 4 - Winner Metropolitan Commercial/ Industrial Building Over $10 million 2008 MBA Bank West Excellence in Construction Awards Division 8 - Winner Fit-Out of a New or Existing Building
This was a purpose built building for Dale Alcock Homes South West operations. Weekly trips to Bunbury were made for site meetings and well known local tradesman and contractors were hired to ensure the highest quality of work and programmes were met. The project received the following awards: 2006 MBA Excellence in Construction Awards (SW region) Winner: Commercial Building $1.5m–$3.5m 2006 MBA Excellence in Construction Awards (SW region) Winner: overall Best Commercial Building
PACT was appointed to design and build a new head office to house WBN operations and the ABN Group's IT Department. These innovations saw the new headquarters gain a number of design awards in 2004 and 2005:

The Homebuyers Centre renovation brief was to completely transform the existing 2-storey office complex in Balcatta into a modern office environment. The project recieved the following awards:

Modern and contemporary, this purpose built facility houses not only operational and services staff, but also contains a fully equipped training area capable of facilitating the delivery of industry training programs.
