Established in 1978 by Garry Brown-Neaves and Dale Alcock, the Alcock Brown-Neaves (ABN) Group is Australia's largest residential building group, with over 31,000 homes built to date. Its portfolio is made up of companies and divisions that offer niche designs and services to individual market segments.
Flagship brands Webb & Brown-Neaves and Dale Alcock Homes have become household names and as WA's home building market has evolved over the years, so too has the ABN Group's portfolio. New companies have been introduced offering niche-market designs and services dedicated to individual market segments.
This includes its commercial building arm, PACT Construction. Adding strategic value to the group's core business, PACT offers a full range of design, construction and project management services for multi-level commercial and residential properties. PACT has been involved with numerous landmark projects including state-of-the-art headquarters for Dale Alcock Homes, the Housing Industry Association (HIA), Webb & Brown-Neaves and high end residential projects including Millstream Apartments in South Perth.
