The management team at PACT are hands-on industry professionals with a wealth of expertise in construction and development. Our General Manager, Jason Kunkler, and Construction Manager, Terry Spence, are easy to deal with, intimately involved with every PACT project and available daily to discuss your construction requirements.
Jason comes with 20 years of construction industry experience. Before PACT, he was a Director of a medium sized residential and commercial construction company in Wollongong and worked with Westfield Design and Construction in both contract and project management capacities over a 4-year period.
Dale commenced his career in the building industry as an apprentice bricklayer and has grown to be one of the most recognised names and faces in the industry. Joining partners John Webb and Garry Brown-Neaves in 1987, Dale has been instrumental in the spectacular yet controlled growth of the ABN group.
A past president of the Housing Industry Association WA and Asia region, Dale was also recognised as WA's 'Entrepreneur of the Year 2001' for services including finance, business and property.
In 2005, Dale was awarded the highly coveted Sir Philip Lynch award in appreciation and recognition of outstanding service to the Australian housing industry. Dale was recently awarded the inaugural WA Greensmart 'Professional of the Year' Award in recognition of his contribution to the environmental issues specifically relating to the housing industry.
Garry Brown-Neaves - Director
A third generation builder, Garry commenced his career in the building industry as an apprentice bricklayer. Throughout the early 1970's he built speculative and contract homes under his own name and in 1978 formed Webb & Brown-Neaves Pty Ltd, now recognised as Australia's finest home builder.
Today, Garry continues his full-time involvement as director of the ABN Group and is managing director of Webb & Brown-Neaves Pty Ltd.
In 2002 Garry won the HIA Ron Sears Citation for his many years contribution to the WA building industry and in 1999 was awarded the prestigious Sir Philip Lynch Award for recognition of services to the building industry.
