In this role, PACT takes full responsibility and ownership of project delivery. We document the initial client brief, engage the consulting team, complete all pre-construction authority approvals, then drive the program and deliver the end project through the construction phase.
We will oversee the construction and completion of a project for and on behalf of the client, managing either subcontractors or head contractors.
PACT fulfils the role of the traditional commercial building company, working with both client and consulting team to achieve overall project delivery.
In this role, PACT will work in a consulting capacity to work up our client's feasibility models to identify the most efficient and profitable project delivery methodology. Through cost and value engineering, we add value to the project feasibility process by utilising our wealth of knowledge gained through our own project experiences.
