PACT were contracted to build our new premises in Pearson Way Osborne Park.
The project did not just focus on a three storey building with a separate warehouse and gym but a very detailed shop fit out on the ground floor. The Shop fit out was part of a brand new idea to have a "one-stop-shop" for all our clients to select everything from bricks and pavers through to window treatments, carpets and light fittings.
This detailed fit out brought about many challenges. From the initial preliminary discussions right through to the maintenance period, we found PACT to be very thorough and have strong disciplines in place to document and follow procedures whilst not losing focus on customer service and flexibility. There was a strong focus on quality, productivity and safety.
While the building was under construction regular site visits were requested by ourselves and they were managed by PACT with little or no fuss. The building is a stand out in the Osborne Park district, and I would have no hesitation in recommending PACT.

PACT were appointed to carry out a major renovation and total internal fit-out of our office complex in Balcatta. The contract involved the design, documentation and construction of the project, all of which were carried out in a professional and timely manner.
