PACT Construction would like to introduce Optima Centre.
Located on the corner of Parkland Road and Hasler Road, Optima Centre is Osborne Park's newest office development. Comprising over 18,000mē of gross floor area with onsite parking for 520 cars, construction was completed in two stages. Having achieved a 4 Star Green Star Office Design Rating and on target to achieve a 4.5 Star NABERS Rating, Optima Centre is one of Perth's largest A-grade suburban office buildings.
I am delighted to announce that on 12 May 2010, Optima Centre reached practical completion, some 16 weeks ahead of program. This sensational result is testament to the great team effort of all who worked on the project.
