A new head office was required for Celebration Homes, with the space also to be shared by Resolve Finance.

Though this project mirrored Webb & Brown-Neaves office in terms of floor plate, mid range finishes were selected to reflect Celebration Homes affordable cost and value.

A modern and contemporary building façade integrating painted tilt up concrete panels, vision panel glazing, horizontal aluminium blade louvers and sunshades.

The use of longspan, corrugated external wall cladding and Acratex rendered Comtex cladding systems provided a contemporary feel.
