Timeframe - 78 weeks, from concept to completion.

Containing the offices of Dale Alcock Homes and Dale Alcock Home Improvements, PACT designed and built this one-stop-shop.

It features a state of the art selection area, extensive use of segmented curtain wall glazing, purpose built staff cafe areas and a staff gymnasium. All this on a contemporary open plan layout.

The project commenced with demolition of the existing warehouse and structures. This was followed by the construction of the base building, office and showroom fit out.

The building is also designed with the environment in mind. Extensive use of energy efficient design elements including glazing, insulation, floor, wall and ceiling finishes have been put in place to reduce reliance on appliances. Water saving devices are also inherent to help promote a green working environment.
