This was a purpose built building for Dale Alcock Homes South West operations. Weekly trips to Bunbury were made for site meetings and respected local tradesman and contractors were hired to ensure the highest quality of work and programmes were met.

Works included demolition of previous structures, amalgamation of 3 sites, construction of base building and fit out. An array of external cladding systems were used, including curtain wall glazing, Donnybrook sandstone wall cladding to the main tilt up wall panels and long span corrugated wall cladding to the spandrels. The application of external louvered sun shading adds a modern touch.
