This project comprised the construction of a 4 level office building. The ground floor includes an entrance lobby, office and secure undercroft car parking. The second, third and fourth floors comprise 12 individual offices of varying sizes, lift / foyer lobbies, restrooms and general amenity areas.

The building is a conventional concrete structure with infill masonary walls, glazed and clad rear façade and curtain wall glazed front facade.

The building presents with a modern aesthetic complimenting the revitalisation of the Northbridge office and retail area.
