PACT was appointed to design and construct the new head office for Webb & Brown-Neaves and the ABN Group's IT Department.
Given the status and reputation of Webb & Brown-Neaves in the residential building industry, the project needed to reflect their own high quality product and finish.
To this end PACT, working with the design team, selected a range of finishes and materials that would not only compliment the Webb & Brown-Neaves brand but also provide a quality and timeless elegance to the building as a whole.
Building materials such as polished precast concrete, a high level cantilevered structural steel framed awning lined with alucabond, curtain wall glazing with both tinted and colourback glass, the use of feature donnybrook sandstone to tilt up concrete panels and the feature glass balustrade with stainless handrail and planar fixings satisfied Webb & Browns façade requirements.
The innovations saw the new headquarters gain a number of design awards in 2004 & 2005.
