The new Jason Windows manufacturing and offices facility located in Welshpool is an 11,600m2 steel framed metal clad facility incorporating new manufacturing equipment and a glass cutting facility.  The building includes 27 roller shutter doors and precast concrete dado walls.  The adjoining offices facility on two levels each approximately 1,000m2 floor areas including floor, wall and ceiling incorporating a 2 stop elevator. 

 

Both levels of offices to include carpet tiling and combination of plasterboard walls and glazed aluminium partitions incorporating full height veneered doors and 600 x 300 suspended ceilings.

 

Office and factory zincalume with insulation under with zinalume to awning roof and factory. 

 

Factory walls are to be mixed precast concrete dado walls and alucobond, with colourbond flashings, gutters and downpipes.  Office façade is alucobond external aluminium cladding system at high level with aluminium framed glazing below.  Incorporating precast concrete feature walls and alpolic sun fins.
