Vision Commerce Centre is a mixed use development comprising both warehouse and office suites located conveniently off Abernethy Road in Belmont.

The development provides ideal proximity to Perth's airport and major road infrastructure whilst being in the heart of a thriving commercial and industrial area.  Vision Centre also provides excellent access to Perth's CBD.

The construction will encompass a modern aesthetically pleasing development with complimentary landscaped surroundings.

The development consists of three buildings. The largest consisting of ground and first floor level dedicated office space comprising suites ranging from approximately 65-160m².  The total area of offices once completed will be 2000m².  To the rear, and directly adjacent to the office suites, warehouse units encompassing a small office area will be constructed.

The two other buildings are dedicated to warehouse units again with a small internal office layout area. The typical size for the warehouses range from 130-180m².

The project is constructed from painted precast concrete wall panels, the use of composite precast and in-situ concrete floor systems, structural steel main roof and spandrel framing and the use of quality glazing and aluminium louvre sun shading to complete the building's façade.

Once completed, the project will represent a high quality development in Belmont's commercial and industrial precinct.
