Project snapshot
This elegant development delivered a new head office for Webb & Brown-Neaves, Investor Assist and ABN Realty.
Overcoming challenges
- The project demanded an exceptionally high-quality product and finish to match Webb & Brown-Neaves’ status and reputation in the residential building industry. We worked with the design team to select finishes and materials that not only complemented the Webb & Brown-Neaves brand but also imbued the building with a timeless elegance.
- The tight program posed another challenge. Delivering the project in just 32 weeks required careful communication and management of subcontractors.
Highlights
This project earned a number of design awards, including:
- ‘Best Commercial Interior’ and ‘Commercial Building’ – 2004 Building Designers Association of WA Awards.
- ‘Best Commercial Interior’ – 2005 Building Designers Association of Australia National Awards.
