Estimated Completion Date: 20th June 2018

The project consists of two separate elements of works, initially what is known as the Enabling Works, and secondly the Forward Works.
The Enabling Works requires the disconnection of existing and installation of new services to both Subiaco Oval and the existing West Coast Eagles and West Aust Football Commission offices. The new services are installed within a new easement created outside of the Inner City College site.
This provides a new boundary and makes more land available for the new schooling development. The works required to allow this to occur are sequential and also require the existing services to be maintained and kept operational, a particularly difficult task. Along with the services items, access is required to be provided to both of the existing tenants noted above.
Demolition of ramps, gymnasium, players lounges are required prior to the new services being installed. On completion of the above, the Forward works can commence which entails new piling and earthworks within the newly created site boundaries. The overall duration of the project is 16 weeks.
