This $3.5Million, 32-week development is the new head office for both Webb & Brown-Neaves, Investor Assist and ABN Realty.
The project demanded an exceptionally high quality product and finish, to match Webb & Brown-Neaves’ status and reputation in the residential building industry. And PACT delivered, working with the design team to select finishes and materials that not only complimented the Webb & Brown-Neaves brand but also imbued the building with a timeless elegance. The new offices feature polished precast concrete, a high-level cantilevered structural steel framed awning lined with alucabond, curtain wall glazing with both tinted and colourback glass, feature donnybrook sandstone to tilt up concrete panels, and a feature glass balustrade with stainless handrail and planar fixings.
The results not only satisfied Webb & Brown-Neaves’ requirements, but also earned a number of design awards, including: “Best Commercial Interior” and “Commercial Building” at the 2004 Building Designers Association of WA Awards “Best Commercial Interior” at the 2005 Building Designers Association of Australian National Awards.
