PACT is delighted to be working once again with Edge and Hillam after recent successful project completions with Arthouse Apartments in Joondalup and Eden East Apartments in Floreat.

“We are very pleased to be working with Edge and Hillam again”, said Jason Thomson, General Manager of PACT. “Having worked with them previously, we know there is good alignment, synergy and collaboration between our teams, which will see a premium quality, iconic landmark being delivered on Perth’s riverfront.

Edge Managing Director Gavin Hawkins said the team is delighted to be working in partnership with PACT, saying “we have a proven strong working relationship with PACT and together we have realised a number of successful developments, including the recently completed Eden East Floreat and Arthouse Joondalup.”

Mr Hawkins said it was a privilege to create an apartment address in a location so unique and peaceful, yet so connected to life’s conveniences.

As the only apartment development in Applecross to assume an absolute riverfront position on the stunning Canning Beach foreshore, Rivière offers a range of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom premium apartments and penthouses and follows in the steps of award-winning Eden Floreat to represent the very best in luxury development.

“It is rare to see an apartment development of this calibre in Perth, where Rivière will set a benchmark for chic residential living,” Mr Hawkins said.

“Rivière is appealing to discerning owner occupiers who aspire to enjoy life on the river with world-class amenities and uninterrupted vistas of the Swan River, city skyline and Darling Escarpment.”

Rivière’s amenities include a heated infinity pool, multiple lounge and dining spaces and wine cellar and tasting room. Additional features include a sauna, steam room, gymnasium, games room, and a state-of-the-art cinema.

The creation of community facilities at ground level will deliver to the neighbourhood a cutting-edge resource centre, as well as a Maker’s Studio, a curated selection of restaurants, cafés, and a discreet wine bar.

Complementing these extensive at-home experiences are the established neighbourhood’s upmarket boutiques, cafés, restaurants, recreational and sporting clubs, and enviable transport connections, all located within walking distance from Rivière.

Edge is also working closely with the City of Melville on the design of the adjacent river foreshore, that will include traffic calming initiatives to enhance the experience for all visitors to this new destination.

“It was important for us to work respectfully within the context of the exquisite foreshore environment, to create a lasting architectural design to communicate this passion and provide a physical and visual connection to the surrounding environment,” Mr Hawkins said.

“We are incredibly excited for the construction phase to begin and for this unique apartment community to start taking shape,” he said.

PACT is excited to be embarking on another high quality and iconic project in Perth, further cementing its position in the commercial construction space. PACT will deliver Riviere Residences in Applecross in 2024.
