Leadership

What makes PACT the most successful leadership team in construction?

That’s an easy one: it’s our people. The PACT leadership team subscribes to the idea that “true leadership isn’t about wanting to be a leader; it’s about wanting to make a difference.” That means we’ve done our job when our people are safe, our clients are happy, and our work exceeds expectations.

We’re big on relationships at PACT. Let us introduce ourselves so you can put a face to a name.

Who is PACT

PACT Construction is a tight-knit team of  remarkable people supported by 8 in the Senior Leadership Team. We develop people who are enthusiastic, highly skilled, innovative, and driven to do better. Together, we make a pretty great team. And that’s no accident.

Leadership

Great culture is the foundation of our success

Every member of our team is accessible and accountable. Together we support each other to achieve the world-class results that have forged our track record in the commercial construction industry.

Your dedicated project team

We build a tailored Project Team for every development. Your team will comprise a dedicated Project Manager, Contract Administrator, Site Managers, Site Supervisors, Labourers and Cadets, all hand-picked for their experience and abilities.

In addition to your Project Team, the PACT leadership team is always accessible. Nobody sits behind a closed door here. We’re all about authentic conversations, collaborative decisions, and putting our heads together to get the best results.
