It is important to note the 12 month Warranty period does not cover problems caused by misuse or neglect on your part. It is therefore in your best interest to ensure that your apartment receives proper care and maintenance. General damages are not covered within your warranty. Some examples of general damages are chips, scuffs, marks, scratches and cracks to tiles, walls, floors, appliances, cabinetry, and bench tops.

Any minor maintenance that may arise after the 12 month Warranty Period is considered to be the responsibility of the Owner.
