Parcel Property – part of Dale Alcock’s ABN Group – has turned the sod at NOMA Residences in Mosman Park, with construction of 54 boutique apartments and three commercial tenancies on sought-after Glyde Street now underway.

With 50 percent of apartments already sold off-the-plan, exemplary design and strong market fundamentals has driven strong demand from a broad mix of purchasers seeking the NOMA lifestyle.

“This is a fantastic milestone that demonstrates growing demand for apartment living in sought-after and established neighbourhoods like Mosman Park,” ABN Group Managing Director Dale Alcock said.

Mr Alcock said NOMA purchasers now stood to benefit from ABN Group’s vertically integrated development model, which would see another ABN company, PACT Construction, responsible for the build.

“This partnership between Parcel and PACT will bring the NOMA vision to life,” he said.

“It will also bring significant certainty and value for current and future purchasers, who can rest assured we will deliver on time and to an outstanding level of quality.”

Parcel Property Built Form General Manager Ross Catalano said NOMA’s innovative apartment mix and design – leveraging its location as a mid-point between the coastline and Swan River – had been strong sales drivers, as had Glyde Street’s wide range of local amenities.

“The NOMA vision combines modern living and timeless elegance at every touchpoint,” he said. “From the entry experience through to individual residences, as well as connection to nature at every level and shared facilities, we want to ensure every purchaser feels completely at home at NOMA.”

Mr Catalano said one and three-bedroom apartments had been exceptionally popular, reflecting strong interest from first homebuyers, young professionals and local downsizers keen to make the most of the western suburbs lifestyle without maintaining a large home.

PACT Construction General Manager Jason Thompson said they were looking forward to working with Parcel Property and Plus Architecture once again.

“We think Plus Architecture have done a fantastic job responding to a traditional streetscape with a modern and classy design response,” he said.

“We’re looking forward to bringing the vision of this project to life and further expanding our portfolio in delivering unique projects in the Perth market.”

Limited opportunities are still available to be part of the NOMA lifestyle, with one, two and three-bedroom apartments priced between $485,000 and $1.375 million.

“NOMA will establish a new benchmark in quality and craftsmanship for Mosman Park and will be a vital activity node for Glyde Street – it will be an enduring part of the community for years to come,” Mr Alcock said.

Construction in the leafy suburb of Mosman Park is expected to be completed by mid-2022.

Now selling from $485,000, NOMA Residences is a boutique development of just 54 designer residences located in one of Perth’s most established and prestigious suburbs of Mosman Park.
