Located alongside our 23‑storey affordable and social housing development delivered for Foundation Housing, the project will deliver 13,405m2 of commercial space, including a ground floor supermarket, and 326 car bays. The development will play an important role in supporting the broader precinct by providing much‑needed additional parking capacity for hospital staff and visitors.
Working in collaboration with Main Roads Western Australia, Human Urban and Hassell, our team is now progressing detailed design and approvals, with construction expected to commence on site later this year.
