Last week we marked the commencement of construction at Grandton with a sod turning ceremony. John Norup, David Wilson, and John Frame joined Jason Thomson and our Project Team to officially launch Grandton, located in Applecross.
Grandton is a 14-storey luxury development consisting of 8-strata-titled serviced retirement living apartments with one, two and three bed options, 10 private care suites, communal resident facilities, rooftop garden and restaurant and office on ground floors.
Designed by Silver Thomas Hanley and developed by Norup and Wilson, Grandton will see seniors living reimagined. Their vision is to ‘empower our residents to live their lives in the comfort of their own homes, on their own terms, with their own level of care’.
Grandton Applecross will see the combination of the best aged care and retirement living experience with the best apartment developers to create a unique living experience.
