Delivered for Foundation Housing Ltd, this significant project will comprise 213 apartments, including 65 social homes and 148 affordable rental homes, supporting greater housing choice in one of Perth’s fastest-growing innovation precincts.

Rise@Murdoch has been thoughtfully designed to by project architect Hassell to foster a connected and inclusive community, with a location that places residents close to Fiona Stanley Hospital, Murdoch University and key public transport links—providing easy access to employment, education and essential services.

PACT is proud to be partnering with Foundation Housing, Human Urban and Plenary Group to bring this important development to life. Supported by funding from the Western Australian Government and the Australian Government through the Housing Australia Future Fund, the project represents a strong collaboration between government, the community housing sector and industry.
