PACT Construction have successfully completed corporate office fit outs for various companies within the ABN Group, including:
Homebuyers Centre – 14 Walters Drive, Osborne Park
- Homebuyers Centre – $3.6 million (incl. GST)
- Resolve Refurbishment – $0.4 million (incl. GST)
- Bluebay Refurbishment – $0.3 million (incl. GST)
Optima Centre – 133 Hasler Road, Osborne Park
- ABN Group Office Head Fit Out – $1.1 million (incl. GST)
- ABN IT Fit Out – $0.7 million (incl. GST)
- ABN Group Accounts Fit Out – $0.5 million (incl. GST)
- ABN Developments Fit Out – $46,000 (incl. GST)
- These fit out projects were constructed around operational spaces in live buildings. Each fit out package had to be completed while still allowing access to the rest of the building for the businesses that were already occupying the other levels and spaces.
- The respective programs for each fit out project were tight and required careful management to ensure each tenancy was handed over on the agreed dates.
- These A-Grade fit outs incorporate state of the art technology, high quality furniture and fittings and fully furnished staff hub spaces including a gymnasium.

The Homebuyers Centre fit out was integrated into the base build, shortening the overall fit out program and allowing the Homebuyers Centre to move into their new office space sooner.
