This landmark development in Wangara consists of ten combination showroom warehouses, with seven of the ten fronting Gnangara Road. Designed by Meyer Shircore and Associates, the units range from 205m2 to 378m2 and feature electronic gates, security cameras, automated roller doors and air-conditioned showrooms.

Overcoming challenges

Inclement weather and supply / scheduling problems were just some of the issues that could have derailed the project program. Any impact on the overall program was mitigated through careful communication with subcontractors, micromanagement of work items, and the deployment of additional ABN Group resources to assist subcontractor forces on site.
