Evolve Duncraig comprises 21 meticulously designed 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments over three levels.
We successfully negotiated the project with Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) in conjunction with Parcel Property.
Evolve Duncraig challenges us to deliver a 4-storey building in a highly built-up residential area bordering a busy carpark and shopping centre. This unique situation creates extensive stakeholder, delivery and traffic management issues that must be overcome in order to keep the project schedule on track.

Highlights so far
Evolve Duncraig is our fourth project delivered in partnership with Parcel Property and the first with Hawaiian, who also own the shopping centre and land. The development adds vibrancy and is a great addition to the shopping centre precinct.
