PROJECT SNAPSHOT

This project involved the fit out of approximately 730m2 of office space and 170m2 of warehouse space within the Vision Commerce Centre for PACT’s head office. The fit out was integrated into the base build construction of the Vision Commerce Centre.

OVERCOMING CHALLENGES

  • As both the tenant and builder, our team had full control over the design and scope of the fit out. This enabled us to realise the full potential of the project which resulted in an efficient, high quality build.

 HIGHLIGHTS

  • The fit out was completed in real time with the base build, which allowed our team to move straight into the space once the occupancy certificates were granted.

 FEATURES OF DEVELOPMENT

This project involved the integrated fit out of open plan workstations, offices, meeting room spaces, staff hub and amenities and a warehouse. The scope of works also included internal and external signage.
