Surf Lifesaving WA Fit Out Balcatta

PROJECT SNAPSHOT

This project consisted of the refurbishment and reconstruction of the former 1,800m² Homebuyers Centre building into new office headquarters for Surf Lifesaving WA. The internal fit out involved the demolition of existing elements and refurbishment works over two levels. We won the project through a competitive tender process.

OVERCOMING CHALLENGES

• We proudly completed this project in a very short 11-week time frame and to a high standard of finish. This result demonstrates our ability to efficiently and effectively manage all works, achieving tight deadlines without a reduction in the quality of the final product delivered.

 HIGHLIGHTS

• Tired office space was converted into a spacious open plan area with a vibrant staff hub.
• A warehouse incorporating lifesaving equipment and dedicated training rooms was also part of the redevelopment.

 FEATURES OF DEVELOPMENT

This project involved the demolition of existing furniture, walls, doors and plasterboard ceilings. Our team extended the ground floor office space and fitted out new offices, meeting spaces, training rooms and break out spaces.

We also made improvements to external spaces.
