PROJECT SNAPSHOT

PACT was handed the challenge of turning a vacant parcel of land into a thriving, quality housing community. We partnered with other ABN Group companies to deliver the project, including ABN Developments, TR Homes, The Maker, Concretus, Hi-Point Roofing, and Resolve Finance.

OVERCOMING CHALLENGES

Working 1,500 kilometres from Perth required us to create a FIFO roster for our site managers. We also achieved a solid balance between Perth-based and local trades to effectively manage the risks of contractor supply and labour availability.
Building in a cyclonic area required additional planning and caution. We had very strong storm surges go through during delivery, including one particularly massive dump of water. Fortunately, we were prepared.

HIGHLIGHTS

Our breadth of capabilities enabled our team to take care of all street and verge landscaping and all civil works such as electrical, plumbing, sewer, data and phone networks, road construction and major entry statements.

FEATURES OF DEVELOPMENT

TR Homes supplied the modular homes which we carefully loaded onto prepared sites with concrete footings and landing mounts before joining all the modules and constructing verandahs, garages, carports and sheds around each home.
