Project snapshot

Victoria House in Shenton Park is located in the heart of Montario Quarter’s village precinct. The development will incorporate heritage-listed Victoria House and newly built one, two and three bedroom residences spanning three boutique buildings.

This is a very unique development that combines heritage elements with modern architecture and the end result will be something special for residents and the local community alike.

Originally built in 1938, the heritage building will be reimagined to house retail, hospitality and commercial uses with a local focus. The newly built residences will sit behind, overlooking the parklands.

The project is being developed by Hesperia (formerly Linc Property and Fini Group) and designed by MJA Studio and FINESPUN Architecture.

Features of development

Victoria House will offer an entirely new way of living in Shenton park, combining the character of the existing historic buildings with newly build architectural residences.

Residents at Victoria House will be able to step out of their front door and within a minute be in the heritage building picking up their morning coffee. They’ll also be able to extend living spaces beyond their front door with a lounge and BBQ alfresco area, private wine room and productive garden.

Nestled in a landscape setting, Victoria House is targeting an equivalent five-star Green Star and eight-star NatHERS rating.
