At Tambrey Estate in Nickol, PACT was handed the challenge of turning a vacant parcel of land into a thriving, quality housing community—a challenge the company took on with gusto, according to Jason Kunkler, General Manager of PACT Construction.

Works officially commenced in May 2012. As Head Contractor, PACT partnered with other ABN Group companies to deliver the project including ABN Developments, TR Homes, The Maker, Concretus, Hi-Point Roofing and Resolve Finance.

PACT’s breadth of capabilities also enabled the company to take care of all street and verge landscaping and all of the civil works. “Electrical, plumbing, sewer, data and phone networks, road construction and major entry statements were all done by us,” said Mr Kunkler.

PACT’s preparation, planning and coordination saw the company deliver on brief and on time, despite the challenges. “This was our first house and land subdivisional project where we were responsible for all elements,” said Mr Kunkler. “It was fantastic to see our project management skills tested and showcased on such a grand scale as we turned a vacant parcel of land into a quality housing community.”
