Address: Lot 803 Rivergums Estate, Baldivis
Project Value: $33.4 Million
Construction Time: 68 weeks
Architect: JCY Architects & Urban Designers

This exciting development provides schooling in the heart of Baldivis, for students in years 8 through 12. Designed by award-winning architects JCY, the school features six buildings interconnected and linked by roofing and walkways for the Performing Arts Theatre, Library and Administration facility, Science Lab, Cafeteria, Sports Hall and Learning Workshop. A seventh, free-standing building cater’s for the school’s Materials Technology education program.

New tennis courts, football and cricket oval, and playing field complements the school, and a comprehensive landscape design that enhances the aesthetic appeal.

Located in the newly-developed area of the Rivergums Estate, with residential development on two sides and public open space on the other, the new Baldivis Senior High School will eventually co-locate with the future primary school.

The project incorporates a number of unique design features. One such feature is the unique chequer plate pattern formed in the concrete panels of the main external walls, and repeated in the interlinking walkways, canopies and staircase balustrades.

This uniquely designed school will ultimately accommodate 1200 students (600 by the end of Stage One), and is set to become an iconic High School that will service the growing Baldivis community both now and into the future.
